Kathy Ruiz is F4D's Creative Director and Brand Strategist who designs next-level integrated ad campaigns by focusing on the digital and experiential components that drive consumer engagement. She puts people at the center of her strategies in order to deliver meaningful experiences that explore new ways of using the latest technologies and inspire the development of new ones.

In addition to being F4D’s brand strategist, she has developed creative strategies for a broad range of ad agencies around the world, including Ogilvy Amsterdam, Ogilvy Paris, Leo Burnett Moscow, Iris London, Digitas NY, Publicis, and McGarryBowen. Kathy is an active member in the advertising industry, and is a collaborator for Advertising Week, Creative Week, the Art Director’s Club, and the 3% Conference. She is also an instructor of mobile strategies at Miami Ad School in New York.
